How to go to stealth mode

To switch program from visible to stealth mode you have to run Email Spy Control Panel. Click to Email Spy Control Panel shortcut within Windows Start menu (as below):
Start> Programs > Email Spy> Email Spy Control Panel.

Then click to Security tab to get following window:
Security Options

Click to Go to stealth to switch Email Spy to stealth mode. Now program work will be completely invisible on monitored computer.

In Stealth mode Email Spy does not show up as an icon/shortcut, does not appear in the Windows system tray, does not appear in Windows Programs, does not show up in the Windows task list, does not show up in the Add/Remove Programs menu of Windows Control Panel.
